Annoying low quality indicator sounds every time I put them in my ears - I compare this to the very real Airpods my girlfriend has, they don't do that. Checked the serial numbers - shows a serial number of 1st Gen, not 2nd, even though the case seems to be of 2nd Gen. Also, packaging says assembled in Vietnam, Walmart stickers says assembled in China. Lots of odd things, bottom line it doesn't work, they aren't real airpods.",

        "review_text": "When I ordered for the first time The system says it will ship on the 13th. I'm waiting! And in the system it said this morning that there were no products!! Then ask if you still want the product? I agreed because it would be delivered the next day...but when I agreed The system shows the delivery date as the 15th, which is too late for it to be a gift. So I clicked to cancel my order. But the system says that cancellation cannot be made because the product is already prepared for delivery!! So I couldn't do anything! In the evening, I came to look at the system again. The delivery status is that it has been sent to the carrier and it will arrive on the 14th. That is good news for me. But I'm still worried that the system will change the date again! I was anxiously waiting for the delivery..but it finally arrived in my hands and it was all brand new in a neat seal. The box has no damage whatsoever. I am very satisfied and grateful that it arrived on time.",

        "review_text": "Perfect in every way (coming from original airpods) - noise cancellation is astonishing - I have small ears but with small ear tips they fit like no other earbuds do - can reach a much louder volume than original airpods - ear tips are easy to clean and the actual speaker is deep inside so you're less likely to get the speakers dirty/clogged; also there's a mesh in the ear tip that protects the speaker grille - so much more. You need these. Worth every penny.",

The package arrived quickly, but to my dismay, the box had been tampered with. I immediately called Walmart's customer service to report the issue and seek a resolution. Shockingly, the solution offered was far from satisfactory. I was told that I needed to drive to the nearest Walmart store to return the tampered item and then reorder it online if I wanted to take advantage of the sale price. This is utterly ridiculous and a massive inconvenience, especially since this was an online purchase. It's absurd that as a customer who received a damaged and possibly compromised product, I'm being punished with the hassle of returning it in person. This policy is not only inconvenient but reflects poorly on Walmart's commitment to customer satisfaction, particularly when compared to other online retailers like Amazon. Overall, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Walmart's handling of online orders and customer service in this instance has been very disappointing, to say the least. If Walmart is trying to compete with Amazon, they are certainly falling short based on this experience.",

        "review_text": "the box wasn't sealed when i received them, the serial number on the airpods don't match the box, the airpods don't work properly (noise cancelling and transparency sound like off). i tried on 3 separate devices, updated devices, reset the airpods, they are broken. im more upset that Walmart sold me someone else's airpods because they are authentic airpods per the serial number, but the apple website says they were purchased 4 months ago when i bought them yesterday. I also compared them side by side with a working pair of airpod pros 2nd gen because my friend already had a pair, so i know what its supposed to sound like, they are broken.",

I called FedEx and they said that Walmart simply needs to file a claim with them, and that it will get paid and research. Chances are, since the box was repackaged at their facility, it was lost or stolen. Walmart hung up on me three times and has literally stolen hundreds of dollars from me.",
